RETURNS AND REFUNDS FAQ

1. what is your return policy? we offer a 45-day return window from the date your order was delivered. items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.

2. how do i request a return? you can request a return by emailing us at hello@alejothegardener.com or directly from your order page if your account is registered.

3. will i get a full refund? yes, once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method if it meets our return conditions. shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. how long does it take to process my return? returns are usually processed within 5 to 7 business days after we receive the item.

5. what if i received a damaged or wrong item? please contact us immediately at hello@alejothegardener.com with photos of the product and packaging. we’ll take care of it.

6. who pays for return shipping? the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (damaged or incorrect item).

7. can i exchange an item? we currently do not offer exchanges. the best option is to return the item and place a new order.
